Useful answers
Questions & answers.
Will my compressor work?
Viper typically needs 10–12 CFM or more with its standard nozzle; the VapourMAX 650 listing specifies 12–14 CFM or more. Send Max your compressor model and its delivered air output so he can check compatibility with your chosen machine.
Do I need to assemble the machine?
Viper is supplied as a self-assembly kit. VapourMAX 650, 750 and 1210 are supplied fully assembled. All machines require water, suitable blast media, a compressor and a power supply before use.
Which machine will fit my parts?
Check the working area against the size of your parts: Viper and 650 are 650 × 650 × 650 mm, 750 is 750 × 750 × 750 mm, and 1210 is 1210 × 750 × 750 mm. Door access and the shape of the part also matter. Send Max a photo and dimensions for advice.
What does delivery cost, and how long does it take?
Allow 10 working days from order for delivery, as stated on our product listings. Delivery cost depends on your machine and destination. Request a delivered quote with your postcode before ordering, or read our shipping information.
Do I need a mains water connection or drain?
The machine has an integral sump. Add water and blast media before use, then drain and replace the water when needed. A permanent water supply or drain connection is not required.
How do I look after the machine?
Keep the viewing area clean, check the nozzle and gloves for wear, and refresh the water and media as needed for your work. Ask Max about the maintenance routine and suitable replacement parts for your model.
Can I get help before and after buying?
Call or WhatsApp Max for machine selection, compressor compatibility, setup advice and replacement parts. Machines have a 12-month warranty, excluding the pump and solenoid valve.
Can you deliver to Europe?
Contact Max with your delivery address for a destination-specific quote, dispatch location and applicable taxes. Delivery times and charges depend on the destination.
Are motorcycle, car and commercial parts the only things each model can clean?
These are typical workshop uses, rather than restrictions. Choose by your part size, access requirements and workload. Max can advise on suitability for your material and the finish you want.
Still have a question? Send Max a photo on WhatsApp or call 07708 968486.
